Property assessment

An introductory meeting on location gives our real estate advisor the opportunity to assess the property, provide you with accurate information and determine the rental price based on the market value. The following questions will be discussed:

Based on the assessment report, the ZUID team will write an engaging advertising text for the online property presentation. We will publish photos and a concise description on the ZUID Beheer website and on several other relevant rental sites.

 

We will also share your property with our extensive network of rental agencies, relocation agencies and international companies in the Brainport region to ensure it reaches the desired target group.

 

Arranging professional photos

ZUID Beheer works closely with professional photographers and videographers. Professional photos of the interior and exterior ensure a stronger online presentation and advertisement and make your property more attractive to potential tenants. Photos are an excellent investment for the next five years.

 

Finding and selecting tenants

When selecting potential tenants, we always take into account family composition and the applicable income requirements.

 

Planning viewings

If a potential tenant expresses interest in your property, your ZUID real estate advisor will make an appointment for a viewing. This is the best way to give tenants the right impression of your property. If the tenant is interested in renting the property, we will request all necessary documents and then contact you to discuss the candidate.

 

Drawing up rental contracts

After receiving the rights documents, the rental contract can be drawn up. ZUID Beheer uses a standard contract template approved by a tenancy law attorney and used by default for drafting all rental agreements.

 

Key transfer and initial inspection

Once the contract has been signed, we arrange for the transfer of keys. Before the transfer, your ZUID real estate advisor will conduct an extensive inspection of the property, which includes taking photographs, taking meter readings and drafting a detailed inspection report.
