Project: Your partner for large residential complexes
Cornerstone has been a valued client of ZUID Beheer for many years and we were proud to work on the Meerring project with them.
This project consisted of 33 three-bedroom apartments varying in size from 80 m2 to 105 m2. We were asked to advise on the furnishings for this building. With the approval of the client, we arranged all of the soft furnishings for the apartments, which included beautiful curtains and other window treatments. All of the apartments were rented out quickly.
We were also asked to oversee the technical management of this project, which included maintaining contact with third parties for maintenance and defect issues. In addition, we appointed a cleaning team and drafted a cleaning schedule for the common areas. Large residential complexes often have multiple service contracts that have to be fulfilled.
