  • Data management
    This includes the collection, maintenance and archiving of all data from your tenant (s) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG – 2018).
  • Updating property data
    We keep all data around your home (s) up to date, such as the energy rating, rental value scoring point system, etc.
  • Time management
    We process cancellations and extensions of the rental period and inform you in good time about changes in order to prevent vacancy and allow for efficiently planning for repair and maintenance activities if so required.
  • Communication
    We are the fixed point of contact for all parties involved and ensure clear and transparent communication.
  • Correspondence
    For late payments we take care of sending reminders, dunning letters and any notice of default.
