Normally we collect the rental fees for our clients but we can also involve in more specialized services such as for example handling bank guarantees, preparing financial statements and tax reporting. In a nutshell you always have an up-to-date picture of the finances around your home and / or property portfolio.

If you choose to have ZUID Beheer take care of the financial management for you, we will perform the following activities for you:

  • Rental collection
    This includes collection of the rent and inancial settlement with your bankaccount.
  • Debtor management
    ZUID Beheer ensures efficient monitoring of rental payments. In addition, we act sensitively but effectively in the event of rent arrears.
  • Guarantee deposit & bank guarantee
    For tenants with a temporary employment contract or tenants who are self-employed / DGA, ZUID Beheer will take care of all aspects of a bank guarantee or deposit (arrangements outside a bank) for you.
  • Handling rent increases
    As a tenant you can increase the rent once a year. In the liberalized rental market there is no maximum for this increase. We will ensure that the rent increase agreed with you is seamlessly passed on to your tenants.
  • From dunning letter to debt collector and bailiff
    ZUID Beheer takes care of the entire collection process for you. From sending reminders to the possible involvement of a bailiff.
  • Annual indexing and settlement
    We inform your tenants in time and in writing about the annual rent indexation and any other periodic settlements; we also process these indexations and settlements completely for you.
  • Financial statements
    Good and transparent reporting of the financial performance of your property or real estate portfolio is essential in order to monitor the financial return on your investment portfolio and help you to make well-informed strategic decisions.
  • Check out service costs
    In order to prevent surprises, ZUID Beheer ensures a transparent and timely settlement of the service costs at the latest within twelve months after the end of the year.
  • Settlement of repair and maintenance costs
    ZUID Beheer works with selected professionals for repairs and maintenance work. For work above € 250 we always first will consult with you seeking your approval. Smaller repairs – see also section technical management –  will be carried out directly by ZUID Beheer through its authorized network of professionals and will be settled with your management invoice.
