It is important that maintenance and/- or renovation work is carried out on a regular basis by professional and reliable contractors in order to keep your property in excellent condition. Off course you can also use the suppliers or contractors selected by us. Over many years we have built an experienced professional network of maintenance and renovation partners allowing to carry out any type of work in an effective and cost competitive way.

In addition to using our technical network we can perform the following work for you in terms of technical management:

  • Advice
    We are happy to advise you on the finishing level of your home (s) and can support you on the quality check during final delivery. We are also happy to advise and/ or organize furnishing for your rental home(s) including the purchase of any missing inventory.
  • Change of tenant
    Your property will be checked by us in the event of tenant mutations. We will claim damage to the property including inventory directly to the departing tenant and organize proper repair or replacement.
  • Contact point for tenants
    We are available on regular working days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for all questions from tenants both by telephone and by e-mail.
  • 24/7 emergency number
    In the event of special emergency situations which can cause severe damage to your home – such as fire, explosions, burglary, storm or flooding – we will report and consult with you within 24 hours including advice on proposed repair work and support to prepare and settle claims with your insurance company. During events of emergency tenants can reach us 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Organize and execute maintenance work
    We can issue maintenance orders on your behalf. We act immediately with regard to urgent matters and minor maintenance. Minor maintenance will be carried out directly by us without informing you as long as costs stay within a predefined maximum amount(usually this amount is € 250). For major maintenance and repair work we will always first consult you and seek your permission. If required we will submit several quotes from our network of selected suppliers /contractors for the work to be carried out, ensuring quality for a market competitive price.
