The house is situated in an attractive location within walking distance of the center of Venlo, the station and Fontys University. The room is located on the second floor at the rear of the building and is approximately 19 m2.
The room is equipped with its own washbasin (renewed in 2022) with hot and cold water and fitted wardrobes.
There is also a TV and internet connection in the room.
The kitchen, basement and bathroom are shared with 3 other tenants.
There is also a common place, parking space and bicycle storage available. The kitchen, bathroom and staircase were completely renovated in 2015.
Bare rent per month = € 355.00 + € 125.00 advance service costs = € 480.00.
There is a washing machine available for general use. The costs are € 6.00 per month.

– The room is only allowed for occupation by 1 person.
– Pets are not allowed.
– The minimum rental period is 1 year.
– Besides the rent, 1 month deposit is required.
– The notice period is 2 full calendar months.
