The kitchen, pantry, basement, 2 toilets and shower are shared with 6 other tenants. The kitchen, toilets and shower were completely renovated in 2015. There is also a large communal garden and bicycle storage available.

Bare rent per month = € 345.00 + € 95.00 advance service costs = € 440.00.
There is a washing machine available for general use. The costs are € 5.00 per month.
