The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near Blerick station, just 10 minutes by bike from the center of Venlo. The room is located on the second floor and is ca.15 m2.

There is a TV and internet connection in the room. The room is also equipped with fitted wardrobes.

The kitchen, utility room, toilet, basement, bathroom, (bicycle) shed and large backyard are shared with 3 fellow residents. The kitchen was renovated in 2015 and the bathroom is partly renovated in 2015 and partly in 2021.
Basic rent per month = € 345.00 + € 120.00 advance service costs = € 465.00.

There is a washing machine available for general use. The costs are € 6.00 per month.

Annual indexation of rent and service costs is applicable.
